🌟 📖 Book Review by Narada das 📖 🌟 Just finished reading ‘Fix Your Digestion Fast' by Maxim Bishop (Maitreya Ṛṣi Dāsa) A fantastic, easy-to-read book based on Ayurveda. I'd highly recommend it! I read Maitreya's book over the Christmas break and found it informative, useful and full of top tips about the importance of only eating when we're hungry, why chewing more is so important and how following the same eating pattern, daily, is the secret to good health and digestion.
